Machining

Within the Zaher Group, Zaher Machining is the division devoted to the manufacture of parts by stock removal. It works on parts from other areas of the Zaher Group and for external customers.

It has a variety of machines that allow all types of parts to be machined, of all types of materials.

Alloyed steels, stainless steel, aluminium, plastic, bronze, etc..

Agreements have been made with machining workshops for special parts that cannot be produced in the Zaher facilities, particularly the machining of large parts.

• CNC lathe with feeder. 300 mm between chuck jaws, 650 mm between centres and 65 mm quill
• TCNC Lathe. 380 mm between chuck jaws, 500 mm between centres and 65 mm quill
• Conventional lathe. 500 mm between chuck jaws, 3000 mm between centres and 80 mm quill

• CNC machining centre/strong>. 1500 x 700 x 600 table
• Conventional milling machine.
• Conventional boring machine. Parts up to 1000 x 1000 x 1000 can be machined
• Slotting machine. Keyways up to 18 mm can be produced
